Aspen Winds Policies

For the comfort and safety of all our guests, pets are not permitted in any of our vacation condos in Estes Park, Colorado. Service animals are welcome.

Smoking is prohibited in all the units. Smoking is allowed outside. Colorado law requires smokers be at least 20 feet from any entrance. Any detection of smoking in a suite will result in a $200 charge and you will be asked to leave. No refunds are given to guests who smoke in our suites.

Children of any age are usually not allowed to stay in our Spa Suites. Under special circumstances and at the discretion of management, children may be allowed in the Spa Suites. Children are welcome in all our other units.

The vacation rentals in Estes Park, Colorado at Aspen Winds can not accommodate large family reunions or groups. We are happy to host smaller groups including small weddings and friends and family get-togethers. With the arrangement of the lodge, some of our units can be paired and are ideally suited for guests traveling together.

Reservations are confirmed with advance deposit:

• 2 nights and longer requires 50% of total stay in advance.
• Total balance is due on arrival.

Cancellation fees are as follows:

• 31 days or more prior to arrival – no cancellation fee.
• 6 to 30 days prior to arrival - $50.00 cancellation fee or reschedule at no charge.
• 1 to 5 days prior to arrival date – you are responsible for all nights we are unable to fill plus $50.00 cancellation fee.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and cash.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone incompatible with our private business.
